Established originally in September 2005 to oversee and expand the property holdings of the Clark Group of Companies, Clark Estates currently manages a diverse holding of properties.

MARC CLARK - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Marc brings over 25 years of development and construction experience and his technical expertise extends far beyond traditional house building. Marc embraces new technology and innovation and pushes back the barriers that constrain many of their competitors, ensuring properties are built for the 21st century and beyond.


Marc is both highly creative and astute and has a natural flair for conceptual design, maximising the use of land, building, light and space; his cutting edge designs and high specifications always set Clark Estates' properties apart in terms of architectural design and the quality of the finished premises.

Marc’s high attention to detail and uncompromising approach to quality has ensured that Clark Estates has quickly built and maintained a first class reputation of excellence within the industry.

 

        

PETER CAUNTER - INVESTMENT MANAGER

Peter is a local property expert with over 35 years experience of commercial and residential property. Peter is insightful and creative, his key skill is in identifying prime locations that will deliver long-term value. Peter is tenacious and uses a rigorous attention to detail coupled with an in-depth local knowledge to spot and capitalise on untapped potential.


Having a track record for professionalism, quality and service, Peter has forged strong connections with key players within the wider property industry who now actively support Clark Estates’ values and vision.

Prior to joining Clark Estates Peter headed two of the most successful property companies in the region, his in-depth property knowledge, keen eye for detail and considered approach make him a pivotal  member of the team.

 

        

STEPHEN SIGGS - FINANCE DIRECTOR


Following completing articles with local chartered accountants Stephen has sought out dynamic environments and ground breaking industries where he has made a positive impact.

Stephen has been instrumental in rapid expansion and turnaround situations dealing with intricate details covering a multiple of legal and fiscal regimes; his interest is fuelled by complex issues that require a detailed view and a combination of macro and micro-perspectives. His experience includes consulting for organisations requiring broad strategic review, due diligence, investment appraisal and system review both in UK and Europe.

Stephen has held senior positions for a range of companies specialising in the property, retail and leisure industries. He joined Clark Estates in September 2007 and brings with him a robust financial framework coupled with relevant industry experience.

 

        

KAY WILLIAMS - OFFICE MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTS


A recently qualified accountant and strong administrator, Kay's career has been diverse. She spent 12 years in sales and marketing roles in the computer supplies industry where she gained business experience at all levels. Moving into event management in 1999, she managed corporate clients' hospitality budgets at the 2000, 2002 and 2004 Olympic games & transport logistics at large one-off events. 

Kay's broad experience means that she provides strong support to the senior members of the team.
